1. Understand the foods to avoid during pregnancy: You can still enjoy most foods, but the main summer foods you should avoid include: Uncooked soft cheese, Marinated meat, Homemade mayonnaise, unless it is made with a lion egg cover (shopped mayonnaise is good), Homemade ice cream is made with lion-capped eggs (again, the ice cream bought at the store is good).
2. Check the grilled meat and fish: It’s perfectly fine to ridicule the burger on the barbecue when you are pregnant, but just check if the meat is cooked thoroughly. Otherwise, you can get food poisoning from bacteria. Check that the meat in the middle is pink and put the skewer in the thickest part of the meat to make sure the juice is clear. And don't worry about offending the owner by checking: it's important when you are pregnant.
If you make your own barbecue, wait until the charcoal is red and have a powdery gray surface before you start cooking. Make sure to use separate utensils and plates for raw and cooked meat. And, if you want to make sure, cook the meat in the oven and finish it on the Barbie to get the real taste.
3. Discard alcohol during pregnancy: For a complete guide to drinking during pregnancy, click here or view the current guide here. Please note that drinking alcohol during pregnancy is not "safe." The UK's Chief Medical Officer recommends that if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, the safest way is to not drink alcohol in order to minimize your baby's risk. For an idea about non-alcoholic beverages, please read our article.
4. Stay in the shade: When you are pregnant, your skin may be more sensitive than normal, so be careful and stay under the umbrella. It’s also a good idea to grab a wide-brimmed hat and tap on a high-performance sunscreen.
5. Ask for a chair: When you keep up with your friends for a long time instead of growing up, it is very difficult to lie on the grass for seven hours. However, try not to deal with this challenge when you are pregnant. Conversely, if you have a seat, you can bring your own camping chair or ask someone politely.
6. Resting feet and ankles are swollen: Edema is a swelling caused by fluid retention. It can make you feel uncomfortable and self-conscious, especially at the end of pregnancy. Standing up for a long time will make things worse. So, once you put your hand on the chair (see above), grab a small footstool (or a makeshift stool). Then your legs will be lifted up, which will relieve edema.
7. Water, water, water: When you are pregnant, you may be more likely to dehydrate. So you can carry your own water bottle with you. You can also grab a place next to the kettle and keep it up.
8. Custom maternity wardrobe for summer: You need a loose, flowing cute summer dress and stretchy trousers. You are very happy to wear a pair of maternity shorts with super comfortable high waist. If you don't want to spend too much money on your clothes, you won't be wearing them for a long time. Check out NCT's near-new sales.
9. Crashed the children’s paddling pool: Children's paddling pool? Look at your toes. Is the popsicle available? Sign yourself. Raising your body temperature may make your mother feel uncomfortable or even dangerous. So stay calm as much as possible. Especially if they involve delicious ice cream.
10. Packing snacks: If you are going to have a picnic, you should be fine, but if you are going to the barbecue, we all know that there is a long time waiting for food in addition to the salad. When you are fighting pregnancy hunger or raging pregnancy hunger, waiting for your schedule is not high. So put something like oatmeal or gingerbread to avoid hunger.
